RedefineFX – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of redefinefx.com and all content, products, and services offered through the website (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

All content on the Website—including but not limited to videos, lessons, text, graphics, images, software, course materials, branding, and documentation—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of RedefineFX.

When you purchase a digital product or course, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not:

  • copy, share, or redistribute content

  • publish or make content publicly available

  • resell access

  • use the content to create competing products or training

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

2. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. RedefineFX has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for:

  • the accuracy

  • legality

  • decency

  • security

  • or content

of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement or association.

You acknowledge that RedefineFX is not liable for any loss, damages, or issues arising from your use of third-party services.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Website and all RedefineFX content is at your sole risk. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

RedefineFX makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • accuracy or completeness of the content

  • suitability for a particular purpose

  • uninterrupted or error-free access

  • results or outcomes from applying the training

You understand that real-time VFX, Unreal Engine, and related fields may require significant practice and may produce different results depending on your hardware, software version, and skill level.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RedefineFX, its owner, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • your use or inability to use the Website

  • lost profits or lost data

  • errors, interruptions, or performance issues

  • unauthorized access to your account

  • your use of third-party services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedefineFX from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

5. User Accounts and Termination

RedefineFX may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • you share course materials without authorization

  • you engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • your account is used fraudulently or suspiciously

Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to access purchased content. RedefineFX is not responsible for any loss resulting from account termination for cause.

6. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

All sales are final.
Because our products are delivered digitally with instant access, no refunds are offered under any circumstances once access to the course or product has been granted.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund only in cases of:

  • accidental duplicate purchases, or

  • billing errors clearly attributable to the payment processor

These exceptions are rare and require proof of error.

By purchasing from RedefineFX, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and handle your personal data. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Assignment

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts located in Czechia.
